The menstruation cycle in a normal, healthy woman is about 28 days, but, there is no hard and fast rule. Some get their periods right on time while others can face a delay or before time. The abnormal menstruation cycle means if your periods occur more often, like every 21st day or menstruation cycle. Now, the key rule is to begin counting from the last day of your previous menstruation cycle and stop at the first day of coming cycle. Make sure you repeat this process for at least three months.
